Shipping information
All orders placed within Australia will be sent via Australia Post using their regular service. This gives us a reference number to track your order if you need to track the progress of your order, or your order unfortunately goes missing. We do not charge a handling fee and we only charge cost price for postage to keep costs to a minimum for our customers. Orders are processed according to the time and date payment is received. We very occasionally use a Courier Service if it is deemed cheaper to use them than Australia Post.
Generally, there is a processing time of 2 to 36 hours as orders are processed in order of time and date received. We endeavour to get your order into the post as quickly as possible.
International orders
We are unfortunately unable to ship to the USA or her States and Territories or Canada
We are able to ship to all other countries outside Australia. Please send me a private email to gbhaynets@bigpond.com if you wish to order from overseas if your order does not go through properly or no postage is charged. We can then send you an invoice with the correct amount for postage.
Shipping costs will be calculated subject to the method of transport (sea or air), destination and weight of your purchase.
