Shipping & Tracking
Most of our parcels sent to New Zealand are with Australia Post. This gives us a reference number to track your order if it goes missing. We do not charge a handling fee and we only charge cost price for postage to keep costs to a minimum for our customers.
Parcels are sent within 4 to 36 hours of receipt of order depending on day order received. We endeavour to get your parcel into the post as quickly as possible.
Please put your mobile phone number on your order so we can contact you quickly if there is anything we need to discuss with you regarding your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Refunds will only be given if the product is returned in its original packaging and clean and unused. Please contact us prior to sending your parcel back on +61418282097 or admin@gutzbusta.com.au Shipping costs for refunds are at the purchasers expense. The original postage will not be refunded.
Always check the contents of your delivery against the invoice provided via email. If there has been a discrepancy please report it to us within 5 working days of receiving your goods. Product exchanges are allowed (see below) provided the product is unused and in new condition and returned to us within 30 days of purchase with prior consultation.
For any returns, please note that all postage costs are to be paid by the purchaser.

The original shipping costs are not refunded and therefore will be deducted from your refund.
Swapping or Exchanges
If you receive your order and wish to swap for a different size, then we are happy to accommodate this, however postage is to be at your expense both ways. If your item is damaged or defective in some way, then please contact us immediately with photos and we will replace your item if deemed a fault with the product supplied at our expense for postage.

Warranty
If any hay net is shown to have a manufacturing fault upon removing the hay net from its packaging then we will gladly exchange the hay net for a new one. Proof of this is required in the form of adequate photos and contacting us immediately when you have identified a problem upon opening your product.
Once your hay net is in use, we do not offer warranty on our hay nets (no slow feed business does in Australia) as we do not know how an individual horse will behave with the hay net, how it is used, if you damaged the net yourself during unpacking, etc. We also don't know if a customer followed the instructions sent with their hay net or how the net was introduced. At the end of the day, most horses are around 500kg and if they want to destroy something, then they will. Also, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns without prior consultation.
